Sri Guru Gobind Singh and His Arabian Horse 'Neela' and the 'baaj 'flying above with the backdrop of Shri Anandpur Sahib.
This picture was painted by my father , Mr. Darshan Singh , during his school days(mid 1960s)
Still hung on the walls of my home, I consider this painting a classic work of art, depicting Guru ji in all his majestic strive.
Serving 30 years as a teacher, professor and now retiring as a Principal, this picture is also in a reflection of my father's birthplace ,Shri Anandpur Sahib where he spent his childhood and teenage.
A tribute to Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, this post is my tribute to my father's masterly strokes of the brush.
